Many customers may not know what diffuse oxygen supply is or how to use it, but friends who’ve been to Tibet probably have some idea about it. So let’s take a brief look at what diffuse oxygen supply actually is.
As is well known, the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau has a thinner atmosphere at its high altitude, with oxygen density only about half that of the plains. 50-70%. The environment of high temperature and low oxygen poses certain challenges to the lives and work of people on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Prolonged exposure to a low-oxygen environment can cause significant harm to the human body—harm that cannot be fully reversed in a short period of time and may even hinder the rapid economic development of the plateau region. In today’s rapidly evolving era, diffuse oxygen supply offers a faster, safer, and more effective oxygen delivery method. Without disrupting people’s work, daytime activities, studies, or rest, diffuse oxygen supply can better ensure adequate oxygen replenishment. It represents an ideal approach to oxygen supplementation and is also an excellent solution for mitigating the damage caused by low atmospheric pressure.

Diffuse oxygen supply refers to a system in which the amount of oxygen required per unit area matches the oxygen produced by the accompanying oxygen generator. The required oxygen is delivered to individual rooms via a medical piping system, and an oxygen concentration controller is used to regulate the flow rate and concentration within each room. Increasing the oxygen content in indoor air raises the partial pressure of oxygen, thereby meeting the oxygen demands of people during their daily activities. The diffuse oxygen supply system consists of three main components: a high-altitude medical oxygen generator, a medical piping system, and an oxygen concentration controller. Practical experience has shown that using liquid oxygen vaporization to provide diffuse oxygen indoors can effectively address the issue of hypoxia at high altitudes.
The high-altitude diffusion oxygen supply chamber is located in a relatively enclosed room. The oxygen supply from the oxygen concentrator is balanced by the room’s oxygen leakage rate, thereby maintaining a preset oxygen concentration inside the room. Therefore, there should be no obvious gaps between doors and windows, and the frequency and duration of opening doors and windows should be minimized as much as possible.
