Recently, many friends have shown great interest in hyperbaric oxygen therapy using micro-pressure chambers. After undergoing hyperbaric oxygen treatment, patients suffering from insomnia have recovered from sleep deprivation, and those experiencing subhealth conditions have regained their vitality. Patients’ levels of consciousness have noticeably improved—some are even able to interact with their family members and engage in physical communication. Even patients in deep comas have been able to awaken. Micro-pressure chamber therapy is truly that effective. We’re sure many friends would like to give it a try. Next, let’s take a look at the steps for using a micro-pressure chamber as well as some important precautions.
The first Step 1: Enter the cabin
Enter Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber Before entering, staff should carefully inspect their personal belongings. It is strictly prohibited to bring flammable or explosive items (such as mobile phones and lighters) into the hyperbaric oxygen chamber. The chamber is equipped with music, books, and pamphlets. The hyperbaric oxygen chamber is fitted with air conditioning, maintaining a comfortable temperature.
The first Step 2: Apply pressure
The hyperbaric chamber begins pressurizing; the pressurization duration is: 20 minutes. Due to air pressure, symptoms such as ear fullness and ear swelling may occur. At this point, it’s important to promptly perform pressure-regulation maneuvers, such as swallowing, yawning, or pinching your nose. If the symptoms do not subside, please notify the staff outside the civilian oxygen chamber immediately.
The first Step 3: Voltage Adjustment

The patient puts on a mask that fits snugly over the mouth and nose. Ensure that no gas leaks from the mask. Begin inhaling oxygen. The duration of oxygen inhalation in the hyperbaric chamber is: 30 minutes. You can breathe oxygen with your mouth open, or you can breathe simultaneously through both your mouth and nose. However, avoid inhaling too much oxygen. Don't breathe too rapidly, as this could lead to clouded vision, numbness in your hands and feet, and other uncomfortable symptoms.
The first Step 4: Rest
The patient removes the mask and rests. Five minutes. While seated, you can stretch your limbs and relax your body, but please don’t walk around freely inside the hyperbaric oxygen chamber. If the patient has difficulty moving, please ask the accompanying flight attendant to help with turning over or performing relaxation exercises.
The first Step 5: Administer oxygen again.
Oxygen inhalation duration is: 30 minutes.
The first Step 6: Unzip
The patient removes the mask and rests. The hyperbaric chamber begins to decompress. The decompression time is: 20 minutes. During the decompression process, do not hold your breath or cough vigorously. Meanwhile, the temperature inside the hyperbaric chamber may drop. Patients should wear warm clothing to stay comfortable.
